| Green Service Why not lower your carbon footprint and get on-line and telephone support? We can connect to your systems remotely and, where possible, will solve any issues you may have
there and then. The Green Service is fast and effective, and will require a monthly service charge per system. An initial "audit" of your PC(s)
will also need to be carried out. During this audit we will install our
secure remote support software on to your computers, in order that we may connect
safely to your machine(s).

The Green Service monthly service charge includes 1 hour's free
remote support call per machine per month. Any necessary on-site visits will be subject to our standard rate of £44 per hour Monday to Friday (from
9.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs) and £66 per hour at all other times. There is no call out charge for Green Service customers,
which equates to a saving of £44 per visit. PLEASE NOTE: Unused time cannot be rolled over from
month to month. Any parts required are not included and that on-site call outs situated more than 20 miles from our office, will be subject to a 40p per mile surcharge. All work is done on a best endeavours basis. Due to the unknown nature of damaged systems, we cannot offer any guarantee either implied or explicit, of effecting a total repair. |
