	Gold Service Emergency Support Line 07957 895 393. We will endeavour to reach you within a couple of hours of your call. Office Hours and Charges: Monday to Friday from 08:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs: Call Out Charge: £44.00 (includes 1st 1/2 hour's work) Subsequent Hourly Rate: £44.00 Saturday from 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs: Call Out Charge: £60.00 (includes 1st 1/2 hour's work) Subsequent Hourly Rate: £60.00 PLEASE NOTE that parts are not included and that on-site call outs situated more than 20 miles from our office, will be subject to a 40p per mile surcharge.

	Green Service Why not lower your carbon footprint and get on-line and telephone support? We can connect to your systems remotely and, where possible, will solve any issues you may have. The Green Service is fast and effective, and will require a monthly service charge per system. An initial "audit" of your PC(s) will need to be carried out, as well as a SSL VPN software installation, in order that we may connect securely to your machine(s). Initial Set-up Charge (incl PC Audit and VPN Installation) £49.95 Monthly Service Charge Domestic - 1st System £18.00 Subsequent Systems £ 6.00 each Commercial - Per System POA The monthly service charge includes 1 hour's free service call per machine week. Any additional weekly support calls will be charged at £33 per hour per system, and any necessary on-site visits will be subject to our standard rate of £44 per hour Monday to Friday (from 8.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs)and £60 per hour on Saturday (from 9.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs). There is no call out charge for Green Service customers.
